We are still in Batemans Bay (our longest stop -5 days- in a campervan), enjoying the record breaking summer heat (some areas reach 40 degrees and more)…what seems better than a river cruise, having a breeze to cool down?!
Batemans Bay is a town and a bay in the South Coast region of the state of New South Wales. The town is on the Princes Highway (Highway 1) about 280 kilometres from Sydney, 760 km from Melbourne and 151 km from Canberra via the Kings Highway. The Clyde River empties here into the Tasman Sea.
We will leave to Sydney January 5, which gives us 4 days to enjoy the last couple of nights in Australia before heading off for Hong Kong (via Shanghai).
